We offer a full rental service seeking clients to provide you an income and return on your investment.Your property will be advertised on our sister rental site www.sea-spain-golf-rentals.com and many other web sites and publications we send out a monthly newsletter with featured properties sent to our data base of potential renters.From the initial enquiry we follow it throught to the end of stay inspection providing you with peace of mind that your property is earning you money but treated with respect.All monies are sent directly to you unless guests use our online payment system or pay on arrival for last minute bookings.
We continually strive to seek rentals for our clients in an ever increasing competetive market always keeping you informed along the way.Compared to other rental companies our commision rate is second to none at just 12% which is 3% lower than the average and even higher with others.
